I work with the WordPress and Divi. Don’t worry if you don’t know what that means!
All you need to bring to the table is your passion for your business, I’ll bring the expertise in web and graphic design.

How does it work?
The First Step
It starts with an informal chat! We’ll jump on Zoom for a quick talk about your business, short and long term goals and your ideas for your website.
I’ll identify what features and functions your website will need and what tools will make them work.
We’ll talk about dates and work out a schedule.
Quotes, Contracts & Fees
I’ll go away and put together a quote and contract.
You’ll get time to review it, look at the details and come back with questions.
I have a contract that you’ll need to sign. Yep! if you want to work with me then it does involve a contract. This keeps our agreement transparent, so everyone knows the deal. It’s not scary, honest!
Before I start work on your website, you’ll pay a 50% deposit. The 50% balance will be due at the end of the design process before the website goes live.

- Migration to the live domain
* Divi API key lasts as long as you host with me or have a Service Agreement. If hosting with a third party, you will need to purchase a Divi licence as the site goes live.
** I am not an SEO expert, I will give you the basic groundwork information.
The Design Process
This is the exciting bit! I’ll talk you through what I need from you and give you time to gather the information.
If it’s an ecommerce site I have a questionnaire that you will go through that contains all the information I need.
I’ll build a home page design for you to see, you’ll have the opportunity to comment and change anything you want.
As soon as you are happy with the design, I’ll create the other pages agreed in the contract.
Domain Names & Hosting
You will need to have a domain name, this is where your website will live.
I’ll build your site in a staging environment, so you’ll have time to get your domain name purchased if you don’t already have one. We can talk more about that in our initial chat.
I offer hosting and can go through the costs with you when we first meet. Whether you host with me or another company, you will need website hosting.
Taking It Live!
When the website is finished and you’ve had a chance to check it, you’ll pay the final 50% balance and I’ll migrate the site to its live home!
At this point your domain name and hosting will need to be in place.
Ongoing Support
You have the option to take care of the site yourself. If this is the plan, I’ll train you with all the knowledge you’ll need to take care of the website and update the content.
If you are taking a Service Agreement with me, I’ll go through what to expect from that and how it works.
Finding the right web designer who can interpret your ideas and needs, and create a functional website that doesn’t compromise on design can be a real challenge, but Sian delivers that and more! She is now an indispensable part of our extended marketing team and we highly value the service she gives us on an ongoing basis.
What does it cost?
I work on a project fee basis for the web design part, so whatever we agree at the point of contract is what you pay.
Each project is as unique as you are, so it’s hard to give an exact price until we’ve had a chat.

One Page Brochure
from £750
Sometimes all you need is a single page to showcase your business, like an online brochure!
This is the simplest type of site, it’s quick to get up and running and gets you ‘out there’ fast. It includes up to 5 sections.
You can add pages later with my add-on services.
Details
This plan includes:
- One page with a maximum of 5 sections, includes up to 10 processed images.
- Add-ons not available with a single page site
Not included:
- Extra pages
- Blog section (or page)
- E-commerce (online shop)
- Any premium extension plugins requested

5 Page Brochure
from £1,500
A 5 page brochure site (ie. home, about, services, gallery / portfolio, contact) works well for most small businesses that don’t need an online shop.
At our initial chat we’ll work out what pages you need and how to make the best experience for your customer or client.
Details
This plan includes:
- 5 pages of your choice.
- Up to 25 images fully processed, edited, sized and compressed for the site.
- Up to 2,000 words per page.
- Custom forms (contact, questionnaires)
Not included:
- Extra pages (billed at £125 per page)
- Blog section (or page, see add-ons for price)
- Ecommerce (online shop, see ecommerce plan below)
- Any premium extension plugins requested

Ecommerce Site
from £2,500
Are you a business selling goods or services?
This is the plan for you. I’ll create a sleek and functional online shop to promote and sell your products 24 hours a day!
Ecommerce can be as simply or complex as your needs are. From date pickers, bundled products to size / colour / option selection.
Anything is possible with an ecommerce site.
Details
This plan includes:
- Up to 8 pages
- Up to 50 images fully processed, edited, sized and compressed for the site
- E-commerce shop setup including a shop landing page, category pages, product pages, shipping, cart and checkout
- First five product pages created and uploaded
- Payment gateway testing
- Custom forms (contact, questionnaires)
Not included:
- Any premium extension plugins needed to achieve the functions you request
- Blog
- Booking system
- Directory system
- Membership site
- Learning platform (for classes, courses etc.)

Add-ons

Customised Plan
I can build anything you need, and I do mean anything!
